Why the RedBird Wedding Venue No Longer Offers All-Inclusive Packages—And Why That’s a Good Thing

For years, all-inclusive wedding packages have been a popular choice for couples seeking a streamlined, one-stop-shop experience. However, after much consideration and feedback from couples, we’ve decided to move away from the all-inclusive model at the RedBird venue. 

Instead, we now offer our gorgeous outdoor ceremony site with a reception barn and other amenities set in the heart of the stunning Black Forest of Colorado, and give you the freedom to choose your own vendors!

One of the biggest downsides of all-inclusive packages is the limited options they provide. While convenient, these pre-set offerings can sometimes feel restrictive. By moving away from the all-inclusive model, we’re giving couples the freedom to choose their own vendors, décor, and catering, rather than being locked into a predetermined selection. This allows for greater creativity and personalization, making your wedding feel unique to you.

All-inclusive venues often bundle services together at a fixed price, but that doesn’t always mean you’re getting the best deal. Previously, our all-inclusive package required couples to use a specific list of vendors. While we partnered with some amazing professionals, we realized that couples wanted more choices. Now, you can bring in your own preferred caterer, florist, photographer, and other vendors that match your style, budget, and vision.
